Close School Announces Partnership To Foster Entrepreneurship And Economic Opportunity

The Close School has announced its partnership with the Urban Poverty and Business Initiative (UPBI), housed within the McKenna Center for Human Development and Global Business at the University of Notre Dame’s Keough School of Global Affairs. This high-impact, collaborative effort is dedicated to supporting community members experiencing poverty who aspire to launch or expand their own businesses.

The local Philadelphia initiative, titled Dragon Launch Philly, offers a year-long immersive experience structured around a comprehensive boot camp, dedicated one-on-one mentoring, class project consultations, and essential community engagement events.

The program aims to elevate the resources and support available to local entrepreneurs through the support of Drexel University.
