Entrepreneurship was on full display at Future Fest 2026, where student founders from across the University competed for funding, mentorship and market validation. This year’s highlights included:

  • BIIT Tournament: A hackathon-style sprint focused on solving the “loneliness epidemic” through tech and service innovation.
  • The Fast Pitch: 23 competitors, 120 seconds and a panel of expert judges.
  • Hult Prize Regionals: Sustainable business models tackling global issues for a chance at $1M in seed funding.
  • Proving Ground Expo: A live marketplace where 19 vendors secured real-time customer feedback and sales.

Future Fest provides the infrastructure and connections necessary to build the next generation of global innovators.
