David Souchik

David has built a distinguished career across top-tier professional services firms and global systems integrators. His areas of expertise span management consulting, risk advisory, and systems integration. Though his work has crossed multiple industries, David brings particularly deep insight into the Life Sciences sector with the strategic application of information technology.

Beginning his professional journey as an Industrial Engineer, David transitioned into consulting, ultimately attaining Partner-level roles at major firms. He then progressed into executive leadership with some of the world’s largest IT organizations. Known for his collaborative leadership style, David is a natural mentor and team builder, adept at leading large, complex, and high-impact initiatives that address organizations’ most critical challenges.

Widely recognized as both an innovator and a thought leader, many of David’s approaches and techniques have become standard practices within the industry. His strong problem-solving capabilities, supported by a robust professional network and extensive experience, enable him to quickly address and resolve complex business issues.

In recent years, David has entered semi-retirement but remains actively engaged with a range of non-profit organizations. His contributions include shaping mission-critical strategies, advising on operational and systems design, and leading fundraising efforts—particularly in support of the arts and children’s charities.

Academically, David holds a degree in Business and Engineering from Drexel University. He has completed executive leadership programs at The Wharton School, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt through Villanova University, and has held certification in Production and Inventory Management from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

David is the proud husband of Joan, a retired Fellow-level Chemical Engineer and Drexel alumna, who is listed on multiple patents and co-authored a textbook on specialty chemical applications in the oil industry.
